Mark Gospic named as new CEO Stahlton AG

Frick – The Board of Directors of Stahlton AG has appointed Mark Gospic as the new CEO with effect from 1 September 2025. He will take over from Rainer Zünd, who is stepped down as CEO on 30 June 2025 but will remain with Stahlton AG as COO.

In his new role, Mark Gospic will play a decisive role in shaping the strategic and operational development of the company together with the Board of Directors and the Executive Board.

Gospic concludes several years of service at Leviat Switzerland and is now taking on a new professional challenge. With his technical and commercial experience at management level, he brings comprehensive expertise to the future development of the company and upcoming digital transformations.

As a qualified civil engineer, he also has in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and is regarded as a dynamic leader with a disciplined approach to implementation – the ideal prerequisites for continuing Stahlton AG's successful trajectory in the long term.
